Great experience. Food was great- especially Enchiladas Suizas- topped with roasted pork & green sauce, filled with white cheese-Yum! Very friendly service, festive atmosphere, good margaritas! We were not expecting much...but very very good Americanized Mexican...with some dishes more true Mexican if you order well!

Stopped here while traveling on I-70, easy to get to from the highway. Decor was fun and colorful. Food pretty good, similar dishes you would find at most Mexican restaurants, and came out fairly quick. We got the spinach enchiladas (lots of good spinach!) and the shrimp fajitas. Service was nice, especially liked that our waiter gave me a fresh lemon on my water refill 🍋 The women’s bathroom was very clean and nicely decorated. Liked that the stalls had floor to ceiling doors.

Good flavor. First time at El Rodeo. Atmosphere is pleasing because of the bright colors. Food was good to great depending on the dish. Would recommend at least two visits to try different menu items.
